Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message. We also collect anonymous technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) via analytics tools.
Purpose of processing
Data is used to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and maintain the follow-up conversation, and to prepare and send your site's SEO check-up. If you gave separate consent, we also send emails with tips and offers from the studio: in those emails we record whether the message was opened, to understand if the content is useful. You can unsubscribe in one click from the link in any email. Data is never sold to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations (up to 24 months), then deleted.
Your rights

International transfers
Some service providers (hosting, email) may process data in EU and non-EU countries under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
