We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message. We also collect anonymous technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) via analytics tools.
Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and maintain the follow-up conversation. It is never sold to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations (up to 24 months), then deleted.
